channel news asia; saving gaia
I was surfing the internet today and I happened to come across a couple of highly interesting websites, all relating to saving gaia. And one of the websites was this:
http://www.channelnewsasia.com/savinggaia/ . The website has games to try out and what I found to be most interesting was the part where there were instructions on how to make usable items out of recycled, and most of the time, unwanted materials. Have a go at the quizzes that aims to widen one's knowledge on how to save gaia. I took one of the quizzes and thought it was a very beneficial website for all ages. All ages, not only the young ones but also the website aims to reach out to the current adults as there are areas where the website talks about how to save gaia by using bio diesel for petrol if one owns a personal vehicle. Also, the part where the website tries to get their readers to contribute to the ideas on how to recylce, reuse and reduce items seem interesting enough to get some replies. And perhaps some of you might like to share your opinions and ideas at the website.
Another website I want to share with all the Viridity's readers is this:
http://www.bebo.com/Profile.jsp?MemberId=4477804771 . this website, unlike the other one, isn't a big organisation striving to make a difference. Rather, it is just a group made up of only 8 members willing to share their ideas towards saving gaia and they show us that no matter how small their group may be, they can no doubt, make a huge and positive impact for the world. I found their website very inspiring and perhaps you guys would too?
http://www.greenpeace.org/international/ . Now this website is super cool. Greenpeace! :) I am already so interested to be a member of Greenpeace to promote saving gaia. This website is the absolute best, I tell you :) Go and check it out.
On that note, I will end with one message; PLEASE have a go at looking at those websites. Thank you :)~serena ; Viridity :) saving gaia, making a difference (*laughs)
